About the Curator

Hello, I am Andrea Jean!

My stroll through time with a love for vintage began when I first discovered the simple beauty of stories woven into the fabric of the past. Because of how garments were made in the good old days, the quality goes far beyond the fast fashion we see today. What happened to that craftsmanship? These historic pieces were created with the utmost quality; furthermore, I’ve come across items from the 1920s that are so well made they could be handed down for generations.

AGAIN Same for other eras as well items preserved in pristine condition over the years. I also take great joy in preserving vintage pieces that are less than perfect with sewing, embroidery and patchwork to give items a new life. This results in a incredibly unique golden piece that you can be sure no one else has. In some cases I leave them as a wounded bird of course if its a luxurious vintage gem.

In addition to loving history, I’ve always had a knack for discovering rare pieces. With vintage, there is such beauty in each item. While some pieces define the era they come from, they also truly tell a story. Wearing vintage isn’t just for costumes—instead, it’s a meaningful way to express yourself with a personal statement piece.

Because I am a Christian-run business, my love for Jesus shows through everything I do for His glory. Without Him, I truly wouldn’t have the blessing of finding such rare and special items. My specialty is showcasing and sending vintage dresses— as well as other rare vintage pieces. Furthermore, these pieces remind us that modesty can be beautiful again. I believe that if someone loves you, they should love you for who you are, rather than for how much you show.A Vintage Cup of Tea

A Vintage Advice Blog

Since it brings me so much joy to come across items preserved for decades, I love preparing them for a brand-new story. Rather than seeing myself as just a seller, I act as a curator trying to bring back the beauty of what once was. In addition, I believe the wisdom of the past offers the secret key to our lives today. To share this passion, I am launching a vintage historical advice blog column that will cover everything from relationships to healthy living.
